MOVING INTO FAR NORTHERN ONTARIO. EXPECT THIS LOW TO MOVE INTO QUEBEC
AND DRAG A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES ACROSS THE UPPER
GREAT LAKES ON THURSDAY. A TRAILING 30.3 INCH HIGH PRESSURE OVER
SOUTH CENTRAL CANADA WILL THEN DRIFT SOUTHEAST THROUGH MINNESOTA ON
FRIDAY AND INTO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES ON SATURDAY WHILE WEAKENING
