LAKE SUPERIOR THROUGH WEDNESDAY. THIS TROUGH WILL WEAKEN TO 30.0
INCHES WEDNESDAY NIGHT OVER LAKE SUPERIOR. A 29.8 INCH TROUGH OF LOW
PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP IN THE NORTHERN PLAINS THURSDAY MORNING AND
WILL THEN MOVE ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR ON FRIDAY. A 30.3 INCH HIGH
PRESSURE CENTER WILL BUILD OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON SATURDAY.
