WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES OVER LAKE HURON EARLY THIS
MORNING WILL TRACK SOUTHEAST TO LAKE ERIE BY MIDDAY AND MERGE WITH
SURFACE LOW PRESSURE OFF THE CAROLINA COAST SATURDAY MORNING.
MEANWHILE...VERY STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.7 INCHES SPREAD ACROSS
THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND MANITOBA WILL QUICKLY MOVE SOUTHEAST INTO
THE MID AND UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY TODAY. A SHARP COLD FRONT
WILL PUSH DOWN THE LAKE EARLY THIS MORNING BRINGING A SURGE OF COLD
AIR AND RAPIDLY INCREASING NORTHERLY WINDS. WINDS WILL LIKELY REACH
STORM FORCE ACROSS MOST OF THE LAKE BY MID MORNING BEFORE EASING TO
GALES THIS EVENING AND FURTHER DIMINISHING SATURDAY MORNING AS HIGH
PRESSURE MOVES OVER LAKE MICHIGAN. THE HIGH WILL STEADILY MOVE
SOUTHEAST OF THE LAKE SUNDAY WHILE LOW PRESSURE MOVES NORTHEAST
ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS. ANOTHER LOW IS EXPECTED TO TRACK FROM
THE SOUTHERN PLAINS AND ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN TUESDAY.
