Gulf coastal waters from Bonita Beach to the mouth of the
Suwannee River out to 60 NM.

SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM BONITA BEACH TO SUWANNEE RIVER-
855 PM EST Sun Dec 9 2018

.SYNOPSIS...Cold front will move south of the waters tonight with
high pressure settling into the western Gulf of Mexico late Monday.
This high then moves east and out over the Atlantic Ocean by the end
of the week as the next cold front approaches from the west. Breezy
west to northwest winds will persist into Monday then subside for
midweek.

* Until 1015 AM EST.

* At 947 AM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
waterspouts was located 15 nm west of Longboat Pass, moving
northeast at 40 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats, damage
vessels, and create suddenly higher waves. Make sure all
on board are in a secure location and wearing life
jackets. Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots,
suddenly higher waves, frequent lightning, and heavy
