.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the lower Mississippi Valley will
move east and push off the Carolina coast through Wednesday.
Northwest flow will persist through Monday then veer northeast
Tuesday as wind speeds decrease. A developing storm system over
the southeast states will lead to increasingly hazardous marine
conditions along with a renewed chance for offshore moving storms
Thursday.
