For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...29.9 inch low pressure will cross Lake Ontario
Tuesday pulling a cold front across the lake. A trough averaging
30.2 inches will remain across the eastern Great Lakes through
Wednesday as the low tracks northeast across New England. A 30.4
inch high pressure will build southeast over the lakes Wednesday
night into Friday. A 30.3 inch high will move southeast from the
Hudson Bay on Saturday and a 29.4 inch low will be located off the
Mid-Atlantic coast. With the area being on the western fringe of
these two systems, easterly winds will likely be over the area for
much of the day on Saturday.

Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.TUESDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots becoming west and increasing
to 15 to 25 knots in the afternoon. A chance of waterspouts from
late morning on. Showers likely with a chance of thunderstorms
from late morning on. Waves 2 feet or less building to 3 to
5 feet.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 knots. A chance of
waterspouts. Showers. Waves 3 to 6 feet building to 4 to 7 feet.
Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 25 knots. Showers likely.
Waves 3 to 6 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...North winds 15 to 25 knots. A chance of rain
showers in the evening. Waves 4 to 6 feet.
