the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.4 inch high will move off the Eastern Seaboard by
Monday. On Tuesday a 29.1 inch low will move from Hudson Bay
northern Quebec by Wednesday.

.REST OF TONIGHT...East winds 5 to 15 knots becoming southeast. A
chance of flurries through the early overnight, then a chance of
snow late. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.MONDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots. Snow likely early, then rain and snow likely late in
the morning. Rain likely in the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.
.MONDAY NIGHT...West winds 15 to 25 knots. A chance of rain in
the evening, then a chance of rain showers overnight. Waves 1 to
3 feet building to 3 to 5 feet.
.TUESDAY...Southwest winds to 30 knots becoming west. A chance of
showers. Waves 3 to 6 feet building to 5 to 8 feet. Waves
occasionally around 10 feet.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...West winds to 30 knots. A chance of rain showers
in the evening, then a chance of snow showers overnight. Waves
4 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Northwest winds to 30 knots becoming north and
diminishing to 10 to 15 knots. A chance of snow showers. Waves
