WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LARGE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES OVER THE WESTERN
LAKES AND OHIO VALLEY WILL MOVE EAST TO NEW ENGLAND AND THE MID
ATLANTIC TUESDAY MORNING. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES WILL
DEVELOP WITHIN A TROUGH OVER EASTERN NEBRASKA TONIGHT. THIS LOW
WILL WEAKEN BRIEFLY AS IT MOVES NORTHEAST ACROSS WISCONSIN AND
NORTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN ON TUESDAY...BEFORE DEEPENING AGAIN AND
EVENTUALLY MERGING WITH ANOTHER LOW AT 29.1 INCHES NEAR JAMES BAY
BY WEDNESDAY MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES WILL SLOWLY
BUILD SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND EVENTUALLY INTO
THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY THROUGH THURSDAY. THE HIGH WILL DRIFT
SOUTHEAST OF THE OHIO RIVER FRIDAY WHILE A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE
AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES MOVES ACROSS ONTARIO AND THE NORTHERN LAKES.
