WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES OVER THE
EASTERN LAKES AND OHIO VALLEY WILL MOVE TO SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND
AND THE MID ATLANTIC STATES BY EVENING...WHILE LOW PRESSURE OF
29.5 INCHES MOVES EAST ACROSS SASKATCHEWAN AND MANITOBA. WEAKER
TROUGHING AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES WILL TRAIL SOUTH ACROSS THE
PLAINS. THE CANADIAN LOW WILL MOVE SLOWLY EAST OVER HUDSON BAY
THROUGH TONIGHT...TRAILING A WEAKER TROUGH ACROSS THE MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY. THIS TROUGH WILL EVENTUALLY MOVE EAST ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN
ON TUESDAY...WHILE LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES DEVELOPS OVER THE
NORTHEASTERN STATES. HIGH PRESSURE RIDING OF 30.2 INCHES WILL MOVE
ACROSS THE LAKE BY WEDNESDAY.
