IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES CENTERED OVER THE MID
MISSOURI VALLEY WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS THE SOUTHERN LAKES AND OHIO
VALLEY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES EAST OF
JAMES BAY LIFT INTO NORTHERN QUEBEC THROUGH TONIGHT. ANOTHER AREA
OF HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS MANITOBA AND
ONTARIO ON WEDNESDAY AND THEN ACROSS THE EASTERN LAKES AND
SOUTHERN QUEBEC THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY...AS SEVERAL LOWS AVERAGING
29.6 INCHES ORGANIZE IN THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND CANADIAN PRAIRIES.
A SECONDARY LOW IN THE FAR NORTHERN TERRITORIES WILL DEEPEN TO
29.3 INCHES OVER HUDSON BAY ON FRIDAY.
