FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

High pressure of 30.2 inches over the area will weaken tonight as
low pressure of 29.0 inches moves across Hudson Bay Sunday into
Sunday night. A trough/cold front extending south form the low
will push across Lake Michigan during the day Sunday. Light winds
tonight will become south toward sunrise on Sunday, then shift to
the west then northwest in the wake of the passing cold front.
Those northwest winds will be rather strong and gusty Sunday and
Sunday night, with gusts to 30 knots. Look for the northwest
winds to settle down on Monday as high pressure of 30.3 inches builds
across the western Great Lakes. Brisk southerly winds return on
Tuesday as the high slips east and low pressure passes by to the
north. Those southerly winds will persist through Wednesday night.
