.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Unsettled weather will persist across the coastal waters the next
couple of days as deeper moisture combines with a coastal trough
of low pressure. Winds and seas will be higher in and near these
thunderstorms. A long onshore fetch will continue into the weekend
and result in continued elevated seas and tides. A cold frontal
passage is expected to push off of the coast Sunday afternoon.
