.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Moderate to strong northeast winds will continue today as colder
air moves over the warmer Gulf waters. The pressure gradient
relaxes somewhat tonight but increases again on Monday as an area
of low pressure develops off the South Texas coast. This will
lead to periods of moderate to strong northeast winds through the
week as a series of low pressure systems progress through the
Western Gulf.
