.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Winds will be weakening today as the pressure gradient relaxes. A
frontal boundary is expected to push into SE Texas late Tuesday
into Wednesday allowing for light winds to continue. Rain chances
should increase Tuesday and Wednesday along the coast as a
result.
