ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9
AM EST SATURDAY. THE WINTER STORM WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE
AN INCH OR LESS. BUT BLOWING SNOW WILL DRIFT ACROSS ROADWAYS
FOR THE BALANCE OF THE NIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL CONTINUE TO BE SNOW COVERED MAKING TRAVEL
DIFFICULT. BLOWING SNOW WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO A QUARTER
MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

BELOW TO 11 ABOVE ZERO...AND WINDS NORTHWEST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH
GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* TIMING...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT
THROUGH SATURDAY.

* IMPACTS...BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS OF THIS MAGNITUDE ARE
CAPABLE OF DEVELOPING FROSTBITE ON EXPOSED SKIN IN LESS THAN 30

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
