SKIES HAVE CLEARED OVERNIGHT. FOG DEVELOPMENT IS LIKELY EARLY THIS
MORNING...ESPECIALLY OVER AND NEAR WATERWAYS. LOCALIZED AREAS OF
DENSE FOG ARE POSSIBLE. VISIBILITIES MAY REDUCE TO ONE QUARTER OF
A MILE OR LESS.

MOTORIST SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPID REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY. USE
LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS IN AREAS OF FOG. THE FOG WILL BEGIN BURNING OFF
AROUND 9 AM EDT (8 AM CDT).
