PM MST TUESDAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...AN ADDITIONAL 8 TO 11 INCHES POSSIBLE ABOVE
8000 FEET AND 4 TO 7 INCHES BELOW 8000 FEET.

* TIMING...HEAVIER SNOW EXPECTED THIS EVENING THROUGH EARLY
TUESDAY MORNING. LINGERING SNOW DURING THE DAY ON TUESDAY
FAVORING THE HIGHER MOUNTAINS.

* WINDS...INITIAL SOUTHWEST WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45
BECOMING WESTERLY FOLLOWING THE FRONTAL PASSAGE. A SHORT
DURATION BAND OF STRONG WIND WITH GUSTS TO 55 MPH POSSIBLE WITH
THE FRONTAL PASSAGE EARLY TO MID EVENING.

* SNOW LEVELS...TEMPERATURES WILL BE COLD ENOUGH FOR SNOW AT
LOCATIONS NEAR AND ABOVE 8500 FEET INITIALLY EARLY THIS EVENING
THEN RAPIDLY LOWER AND BE COLD ENOUGH FOR ALL SNOW BY LATE
EVENING.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...TREACHEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS DUE TO SNOW
PACKED AND ICY ROADWAYS ARE LIKELY ALONG WITH REDUCED
VISIBILITY IN LOCALLY HEAVY SNOW BY THIS EVENING. STRUCTURAL

WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM MST
TUESDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...EXPECT 4 TO 7 INCHES.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL INCREASE THIS EVENING AND REMAIN INTO THE
EARLY MORNING HOURS ON TUESDAY BEFORE BECOMING LIGHTER THE REST
OF THE PERIOD.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH OVER
RIDGETOPS AND OPEN TERRAIN. BECOMING WESTERLY WITH LOWERING
SPEEDS FOLLOWING THE FRONTAL PASSAGE. AN INITIAL INTENSE BAND OF
WIND WILL BE FOUND ALONG THE FRONTAL PASSAGE WITH GUSTS AS HIGH
AS 55 MPH POSSIBLE EARLY TO MID EVENING.

* WINDS...INITIAL SOUTH/SOUTHWEST WIND 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
35 MPH BECOMING WESTERLY WITH EVENTUAL DIMINISHING SPEEDS LATE
TONIGHT. AN INTENSE BAND OF WIND WILL BE FOUND ALONG THE FRONTAL
PASSAGE WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 45 MPH POSSIBLE MID EVENING.

* SNOW LEVELS...SNOW LEVELS WILL DROP TO THE VALLEY FLOOR BETWEEN
MID TO LATE EVENING.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...VISIBILITIES WILL BE SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED DUE
TO THE EXPECTED INTENSE SNOW BANDS AND SLUSHY ROADWAYS ARE
EXPECTED TO FREEZE TUESDAY MORNING.
