* WINDS...NORTHWEST 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 65 MPH.

* TIMING...STRONG WINDS WILL RAMP UP QUICKLY THIS MORNING...PEAK
DURING THE MID TO LATE AFTERNOON HOURS...AND SLOWLY TAPER OFF
DURING THE EVENING.

* VISIBILITY...NO WIDESPREAD REDUCTIONS ARE EXPECTED.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...STRONG CROSS WINDS WILL BE HAZARDOUS FOR LARGE
AND HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES...AND POTENTIALLY CREATE DAMAGE TO
