AT 455 AM CDT...RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAIN OVERNIGHT WILL RESULT IN
FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS...AS WELL AS LOW
WATER CROSSING. THE GREATEST RAIN LIKELY FELL JUST WEST AND JUST
SOUTH OF LITTLE RIVER...AND ALSO AROUND GENESEO.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 16.7 feet early Thursday
morning.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet...The banks begin to overflow at the gage
site. Some minor flooding of lowland agricultural areas is likely.
Up to 10 inches of water may flow across some blacktop county roads
southeast of Lyons.
