PM FROM WEST TO EAST.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 23 PERCENT.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MIDDLE AND UPPER 60S.

* IMPACTS...FIRES CAN START QUICKLY...SPREAD FURIOUSLY AND BURN
INTENSELY. ALL FIRES ARE POTENTIALLY SERIOUS. ALL OUTDOOR
BURNING SHOULD BE AVOIDED IN RED FLAG CONDITIONS.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL BE STRONG FROM LATE MORNING TO THE EARLY
EVENING. THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED FROM 10 AM CDT THROUGH
4 PM CDT.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED SPEEDS FROM THE SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST RANGE FROM
25 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH EXPECTED.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING MAY BECOME DIFFICULT...PARTICULARLY FOR
MOTORISTS OF HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ON EAST TO WEST ORIENTED
ROADWAYS.
