* Until 745 PM EST Friday
* At 505 PM EST, emergency management reported an ice jam was
continuing to cause minor flooding in the vicinity of Old Logging
Trail Road east of the town of Paris. Although water levels have
dropped slightly over the past 24 hours, water was still cutting
off access to roads and spreading into the yards of several homes.
* Local Emergency Management is monitoring the situation closely.
Residents along the Muskegon River from Paris upstream to the
Mecosta-Osceola County line should monitor river levels closely as
ice jams can cause rapid fluctuations of several feet.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
