* Affected Area...Fire Weather Zones 227...228...229...230...

* Winds...Winds will continue to diminish this evening, but will
pick up again tomorrow morning with southwest 25 to 35 mph with
gusts up to 50 mph expected into Thursday evening.

* Relative Humidity...Relative humidity will continue to increase
across the area this evening, though will decrease again through
the day tomorrow, with minimum humidities as low as 9 percent
Thursday afternoon.

* Impacts...Conditions will be favorable for the rapid ignition,
growth and spread of fires Thursday morning through the early
evening hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
