AT TIMES. ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL OF 3 TO 6 INCHES IS EXPECTED
THROUGHOUT THE DAY MAINLY ABOVE 7800 FEET. REDUCED VISIBILITY CAN BE
EXPECTED TIMES. MANY ROADS AND PASSES MAY BECOME SLICK AND SNOW
COVERED. MOTORISTS SHOULD EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION.
