HEAVY RAINFALL...EXTENDING FROM RONCEVERTE...TO COVINGTON...TO
DOUTHAT STATE PARK...TO GOSHEN...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

* MANY OF THESE THUNDERSTORM CELLS WILL TRACK OVER THE SAME AREAS
DURING THE NEXT AREA...RESULTING IN 1 HOUR RAINFALL OF 1 TO 1.5
INCHES. THIS HEAVY RAIN WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADWAYS AND
QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND SMALL STREAMS.
