* HAZARDS...STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING...FROM SHORTLY AFTER SUNRISE THROUGH THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...WINDS MAY TOPPLE TREES AND POWER LINES.
