* AREAS AFFECTED: PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN VIRGINIA...
INCLUDING THE METRO RICHMOND AREA...TRI-CITIES AND THE MIDDLE
PENINSULA OF EASTERN VIRGINIA.

* HAZARDS: SNOW AND SLEET...THEN SNOW LATE THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
EARLY THURSDAY EVENING.

* TIMING: RAIN WILL MIX WITH SLEET BY MID TO LATE THURSDAY
MORNING. A TRANSITION TO A SNOW/SLEET MIX IS EXPECTED THURSDAY
AFTERNOON. PRECIPITATION ENDS AS ALL SNOW BY LATE AFTERNOON THROUGH
EARLY THURSDAY EVENING.

* ACCUMULATIONS: SNOW AND SLEET 1 TO 3 INCHES...2 TO 4 INCHES
POSSIBLE ACROSS THE NORTH. TRACE AMOUNTS OF ICE ALL AREAS.
