* WIND CHILL READINGS...LESS THAN 5 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.

* TIMING...TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...WIND CHILL VALUES OF LESS THAN 5
DEGREES BELOW ZERO WILL MAKE IT DANGEROUS TO BE OUTSIDE.
