THIS EVENING.

* AFFECTED AREA: IN TEXAS...DALLAM...HARTLEY...MOORE...CARSON...
GRAY...ARMSTRONG...DONLEY...COLLINGSWORTH.

* WIND:WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 25 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS.

* HUMIDITY: MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES BETWEEN 8 AND 15 PERCENT.

* TIMING: CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
EARLY THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE THROUGH THIS EVENING.
