THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS TRANSMITTED AT THE REQUEST OF THE OYSTER
CREEK POLICE DEPARTMENT BRAZORIA COUNTY.

THE OYSTER CREEK POLICE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENDANGERED MISSING
HISPANIC BOY WHO IS 11 YEARS OLD. HIS NAME IS JAVIER CHRISTIAN
CHAPA, JUNIOR. JAVIER WAS LAST SEEN AROUND 9:00 AM ON SATURDAY,
JANUARY 24, 2015 IN THE BACKYARD OF HIS GRANDPARENTS IN OYSTER
CREEK IN BRAZORIA COUNTY, TEXAS.

HE WAS LAST SEEN WEARING A NAVY BLUE HOODIE JACKET, UNKNOWN
SHIRT, BLUE JEANS AND DARK COLORED SHOES. HE HAS BROWN HAIR AND
BROWN EYES.

HE IS BELIEVED TO BE WITH HIS NON CUSTODIAL FATHER, JAVIER CHAPA,
SENIOR, WHO IS 29 YEARS OLD. HE HAS FELONY WARRANTS PENDING,
AND IS A KNOWN DRUG USER. THE SUSPECT IS HISPANIC MALE AND DOES
NOT HAVE A KNOWN VEHICLE.

ANYONE WITH INFORMATION REGARDING THE CHILD OR THE SUSPECT IS ASKED
TO IMMEDIATELY CONTACT THE OYSTER CREEK POLICE DEPARTMENT AT
