OF THE SNOW. ADDITIONAL LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW ACCUMULATION IS
EXPECTED DURING THE DAY SATURDAY. STORM TOTALS OF 5 TO 8
INCHES...WITH THE HIGHEST VALUES ON THE RIDGES OF SOMERSET AND
CAMBRIA COUNTIES.

* TIMING...AN ARCTIC FRONT WILL CREATE HEAVY SNOW SQUALLS EARLY
TONIGHT...POSSIBLY ACCOMPANIED BY WHITEOUT CONDITIONS. THE VERY
COLD AIRMASS BLOWING OVER THE GREAT LAKES WILL BE LIFTED ACROSS
THE MOUNTAINS...GENERATING FREQUENT SNOW SHOWERS OF VARYING
INTENSITY.

* WIND CHILLS...FALLING TO BETWEEN 20 AND 25 BELOW ZERO BY
DAYBREAK SATURDAY THEN STAYING IN THAT RANGE RIGHT THROUGH
MUCH OF SUNDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED AND HAZARDOUS ROAD CONDITIONS...ALONG
WITH POTENTIAL FROSTBITE TO EXPOSED SKIN IN JUST 15 TO 30
