TO INDICATE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS LINCOLN COUNTY. OVER THREE INCHES
OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. SIGNFICANT FLASH FLOODING APPEARS
LIKELY...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 44 NEAR CHANDLER
AND STROUD.
