NEAR THE TENNESSEE BORDER.

* HAZARDS...PERIODS OF SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW THROUGH TONIGHT.
ALSO...ROADS THAT BECOME WET THIS AFTERNOON MAY FREEZE
OVERNIGHT...CAUSING SLIPPERY CONDITIONS. ACCUMULATING
SNOWFALL WILL LIKELY CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT. IN

* IMPACTS...SNOW AND SNOW PACKED ROADS WILL MAKE TRAVEL
DANGEROUS. SNOW ACCUMULATION AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS COULD RESULT

TENNESSEE BORDER...WHILE ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE
CONSIDERABLY LIGHTER IN THE VALLEYS OF SOUTHWEST NORTH CAROLINA.
SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO ACCUMULATE FROM MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...RESULTING IN AN ADDITIONAL 4 TO 8 INCHES.

* IMPACTS...SNOW AND SNOW PACKED ROADS WILL MAKE TRAVEL DANGEROUS.
