WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM THIS
MORNING TO 7 AM EST THURSDAY.

* LOCATIONS...PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST VERMONT AND ESSEX COUNTY NEW
YORK.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...UP TO 1 INCH PER HOUR...MAINLY THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE REGION FROM SOUTH TO NORTH
DURING THE LATE MORNING THROUGH MID AFTERNOON HOURS. PERIODS OF
MODERATE SNOW ARE EXPECTED LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THIS
EVENING. SNOW WILL TAPER OFF AND END AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE SLOW DUE TO SLICK...SNOW COVERED
ROADWAYS AND LOW VISIBILITY IN FALLING SNOW. ALLOW PLENTY OF
