DEPENDING ON ELEVATION. GENERALLY 3 TO 6 INCHES IS EXPECTED
ACROSS THE AREA...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ALONG RIDGE TOPS
SUCH AS THE PINE RIDGE.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY....NORTH TO NORTHEAST WIND 5 TO 15 MPH
TONIGHT...INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 MPH SATURDAY. VISIBILITIES
BELOW ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. ROADWAYS WILL BECOME
SLICK AND SNOW COVERED...ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.
