WIND WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH
MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* LOCATION...THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS AND GUADALUPE COUNTY.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH THROUGH
THIS EVENING. ON MONDAY...NORTHWEST WINDS SUSTAINED AT 35 TO 45
MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 65 MPH.

* TIMING...STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS EVENING BEFORE
DIMINISHING. STRONGER WINDS ARE EXPECTED ON MONDAY. WINDS WILL
RAMP UP QUICKLY MONDAY MORNING...PEAK DURING THE MID TO LATE
