The Flood Advisory continues for
The North Platte River at Lewellen.
* from late tonight until further notice.
* At 11:00 AM Sunday the stage was 7.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.5 feet.
* Forecast...The river will remain near 7.5 feet through Saturday.
* Impact...At 7.5 feet...Overflow and high water table levels will
cause seepage and flooding of basements and crawl spaces near
and along the river.

The Flood Warning continues for
The South Platte River near Roscoe.
* until further nortice.
* At 8:30 AM on Sunday May 24 the stage was 9.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Forecast is for the river to hold steady today, then begin to rise
and crest near 10.8 feet by the end of the week.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet...Moderate flood stage. Homes and out
buildings along the river may flood. Flooding occurs along the
river between Roscoe and the Interstate 80 exchange. Water may
approach Link 51B which is the road between Interstate 80 and
Roscoe on the south side of the river.
