A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT CST
/11 PM MST/ TONIGHT TO NOON CST /11 AM MST/ TUESDAY.

* TIMING...LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE IS POSSIBLE BY LATE EVENING. THE
FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL CHANGE TO SNOW AND BECOME MODERATE AT
TIMES AFTER MIDNIGHT...THEN BEGIN TO TAPER OFF LATE TUESDAY
MORNING. THE MOST INTENSE SNOWFALL RATES WILL OCCUR FROM A
COUPLE OF HOURS BEFORE SUNRISE TO THE MID MORNING HOURS TUESDAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 3 INCHES WITH LOCALIZED HIGHER
AMOUNTS POSSIBLE ACROSS NORTHWEST NEBRASKA.

* WIND...NORTH TO NORTHWEST AT 25 TO 35 MPH THROUGH NOON
TUESDAY...THEN SLOWLY DIMINISH TO 15 TO 20 MPH BY EARLY TUESDAY
EVENING.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW WILL
REDUCE VISIBILITY...POSSIBLY DOWN TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT
TIMES...WHICH WILL MAKE TRAVEL DANGEROUS.
