FLOOD ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO
NOON EST TUESDAY.

* LOCATIONS...COASTAL WASHINGTON AND HANCOCK COUNTIES.

* COASTAL FLOODING...OVERTOPPING OF SEA WATER OVER MAXIMUM
ASTRONOMICAL HIGH TIDE POSITIONS MOSTLY DUE TO LARGE WAVE RUNUP
IN AREAS EXPOSED TO LARGE OCEAN WAVES.

* TIMING...TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...OVERWASH IS POSSIBLE AT THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE ON
TUESDAY. HIGH TIDE WILL OCCUR AROUND 11 AM TUESDAY MORNING.
DEPOSIT OF SMALL ROCKS ARE POSSIBLE ALONG STRETCHES OF AFFECTED
ROADWAYS.

* LOCATIONS...POSSIBLE ROAD IMPACTS IN COASTAL HANCOCK COUNTY: SEAWALL
ROAD...AND IN SEAL HARBOR AND WINTER HARBOR. POSSIBLE ROADS IN
COASTAL WASHINGTON COUNTY: INNER HARBOR...ROUTE 192 AND LOW
LYING ROADS ALONG MACHIAS BAY. LASTLY...STAY AWAY FROM ROCK
JETTIES ALONG SCENIC OCEAN OVERLOOKS SUBJECT TO LARGE WAVE
ACTION SUCH AS THUNDER HOLE IN ACADIA NATIONAL PARK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY INDICATES THAT ONSHORE WINDS AND TIDES
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE FLOODING OF LOW AREAS ALONG THE SHORE.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY DURING
THE AFTERNOON COMMUTE AND CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY. SOME BLOWING
AND DRIFTING SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED WITH VISIBILITIES REDUCED TO
