...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO
NOON MST TUESDAY...

* Impacts/Timing: Periodic afternoon snow showers will transition to
steady snow overnight leading to potential travel issues
throughout the area. The heaviest snowfall is anticipated to
develop after 9pm this evening and will last through Tuesday
morning.

* Snow accumulations: 3 to 6 inches across the lower elevations
including West Glacier, Hungry Horse, Seeley Lake and Condon.
Higher elevation locations, including Marias Pass, can expect 6
to 10 inches with up to 16 inches possible on the highest peaks.

* Locations impacted include: Bad Rock Canyon, Essex, Highway 83
Bigfork to Swan Lake, Marias Pass, Polebridge, Highway 200
Bonner to Greenough, Highway 83 Seeley Lake to Condon, and I-
90 East Missoula to Bearmouth

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO
NOON MST TUESDAY...

* Impacts/Timing: Periodic afternoon snow showers will transition
into steady snow overnight and lead to potential travel issues
throughout the area. The heaviest snowfall is anticipated to
develop after midnight and persist into early Tuesday morning.
The greatest potential for impacts is expected along US-2 and to
points south of the highway.

* Snow accumulations: Generally 2 to 5 inches along southern parts
of Lincoln County and across the Flathead Valley, including
Libby, Kalispell, Columbia Falls and Polson. Accumulations will
be lighter north of US-2 and throughout the Mission Valley where
totals will generally be on the order of 1 to 2 inches.

* Locations impacted include: Highway 2 Kalispell to Libby,
Highway 37 Eureka to Libby, Highway 56 Bull Lake Road, Highway
93 Eureka to Whitefish, Flathead Lake, Flathead Valley,
Mission Valley, and Polson
