* IMPACTS...POSSIBLE ROAD CLOSURES. LOCAL CREEK FLOODING...AS
WELL AS WATER FLOWING OVER ROADWAYS WILL DEVELOP IN AREAS THAT

* At 10 AM Friday the stage was...14.4 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast
* Flood stage is 20 feet.
* Forecast to rise above flood stage by Monday early afternoon and continue to
rise near 22.5 feet by early Thursday morning. Additional rises are possible
thereafter.
* At 22 feet...Flooding of lowlands in the area will continue and some roads
in low lying areas will become cut off by high water.
