* AREAS OF FROST HAVE DEVELOPED OVER MUCH OF NORTHERN LOWER
MICHIGAN...AS TEMPERATURES HAVE CRASHED INTO THE 28 TO 35
DEGREE RANGE. THE COLDEST TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE LOWEST
LYING AREAS AWAY FROM THE GREAT LAKES.

* FROST DEVELOPMENT MAY DAMAGE UNPROTECTED SENSITIVE VEGETATION.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
