THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. DOPPLER
RADAR ESTIMATED ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN FALLING IN LESS THAN AN
HOUR WITH THUNDERSTORMS PASSING THROUGH THE REGION. THESE AREAS
HAVE RECEIVED HEAVY RAIN EARLIER IN THE WEEK AND WILL EXPERIENCE
MORE RUNOFF FROM THIS RAINFALL THAN TYPICALLY OCCURS IN LATE
AUGUST.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
