THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR
WAS ESTIMATING OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN LESS THAN 2
HOURS. ANOTHER INCH OR MORE IS POSSIBLE BY DAYBREAK.

RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLASH FLOODING INCLUDE...
