* FROM EARLY MONDAY MORNING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
* AT 9:30 PM SATURDAY THE STAGE WAS 13.2 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 14.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE EARLY MONDAY
MORNING AND CONTINUE RISING AND CREST NEAR 15.2 FEET THURSDAY MORNING.
ADDITIONAL RISES ARE POSSIBLE.
* IMPACT...AT 14.0 FEET...BOTH BANKS BEGIN TO OVERFLOW. MINOR DAMAGES
BEGIN.
