LEVELS ON THE TIDAL DELAWARE RIVER THIS MORNING. THESE LOW WATER
LEVELS MAY CAUSE NAVIGATION PROBLEMS AROUND THE TIMES OF LOW TIDE
THIS MORNING ON THE DELAWARE RIVER AND ITS TRIBUTARIES.

LOW TIDE OCCURS AT REEDY POINT, DE AT 638 AM. LOW TIDE OCCURS AT
PHILADELPHIA, PA AT 941 AM AND THE LOW TIDE OCCURS AT TRENTON, NJ
AT 1054 AM.

THE NORTHWEST WIND WILL SUBSIDE TONIGHT AND EARLY SUNDAY.
