* WINDS...SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST AT 25 TO 35 MPH WITH FREQUENT GUSTS
OF 40 TO 50 MPH.

* VISIBILITY...MAY BE LOWERED TO 3 MILES OR LESS IN BLOWING DUST
OR SAND.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT A SIGNIFICANT WIND EVENT IS EXPECTED
OR OCCURRING. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT. USE
