* WINDS AND TIMING...NORTHWEST TO NORTH WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH
GUSTS TO 45 MPH WILL DEVELOP THROUGH AND BELOW PASSES AND
CANYONS THIS AFTERNOON AND LAST UNTIL EARLY MORNING SUNDAY.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY
FOR DRIVERS OF HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. MOTORISTS DRIVING ON
AREA ROADWAYS...SUCH AS HIGHWAYS 101 AND 154 SHOULD EXERCISE
