* THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS THIS
AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY EVENING ACROSS THE WATCH AREA...WITH
RAINFALL RATES POSSIBLY EXCEEDING ONE INCH PER HOUR.

* RAINFALL RATES MAY BE HIGH ENOUGH TO CAUSE FLASH FLOODING AS
WELL AS ROCK/MUD SLIDE ACTIVITY IN THE WATCH AREA. IN
