PASSES THIS EVENING. SOUTH WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
45 MPH ON SATURDAY THROUGH THE PASSES WEST OF THE TOK CUTOFF.

* HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 15 PERCENT.

* TIMING...RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL RECOVER ABOVE 15 PERCENT BY 10
PM AKDT TONIGHT...HOWEVER RECOVERY WILL BE LIMITED TO AROUND
30 PERCENT AS WINDS CONTINUE THROUGH THE NIGHT. RED FLAG
CONDITIONS WILL RETURN BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON AS RELATIVE HUMIDITY
DROPS AND WINDS INCREASE.
