* WINDS...West to southwest winds the rest of today 15 to 25 mph
with gusts up to 35 mph. Northwest winds on Thursday afternoon
and evening 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Afternoon minimums as low as 5-10 percent
both today and Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and low humidities will combine to cause
critical fire weather conditions today and again Thursday.
