CENTRAL SAN JACINTO COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS...

* UNTIL 745 AM CDT

* AT 442 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO 2.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
FALLEN. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES IS POSSIBLE. FLASH FLOODING IS
EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
