* AT 412 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
VERY HEAVY RAIN DEVELOPING OVER LOWER RICHLAND COUNTY INCLUDING
NEAR THE CITY OF COLUMBIA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 2.50 INCHES HAS
BEEN REPORTED. AN ADDITIONAL 2 INCHES IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT
HOUR. HEAVY RAIN MAY DEVELOP IN THE CITY OF COLUMBIA. RADAR WAS
INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPMENT NEAR HAMILTON OWENS DOWNTOWN
AIRPORT. THE FIVE POINTS AREA SHOULD BE MONITORED FOR POSSIBLE
FLOODING THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
