* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow possible. Plan on difficult travel
conditions. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches are
possible, mainly from late this afternoon through tonight.
* WHERE...St. Joseph IN and Marshall Counties.
* WHEN...From late this afternoon through Wednesday morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significant reductions in visibility are
possible. Light snow may develop this morning with an inch or
less of accumulation possible. Uncertainty remains high on when
and where a heavy lake effect snow band will move onshore later
today and tonight. This band could remain west of the area
until this evening before moving into the watch area. Therefore
