OF THE WIND RIVER RANGE WHILE NORTHWEST WINDS INCREASE ACROSS
THE WEST SLOPE THROUGH THE DAY. STEADY NORTHEAST WIND WILL
COMBINE WITH DROPPING TEMPERATURES TO CREATE DANGEROUS WIND
CHILLS BY TONIGHT ON SOUTH PASS AND POINTS EAST.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...25 TO 35 BELOW ZERO AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT
INTO TUESDAY MORNING.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTHEAST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY...INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 MPH WITH
GUSTS OVER 35 MPH AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...COLD TEMPERATURES WILL COMBINE WITH GUSTY WINDS TO
CREATE WIND CHILLS OF 25 TO 35 BELOW AROUND SOUTH PASS. LOW
WIND CHILLS CAN CAUSE FROST BITE IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.

FREMONT COUNTY AND UP TO DUBOIS. SNOWFALL OF 2 TO 4 INCHES
POSSIBLE ELSEWHERE... LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED FROM
FORT WASHAKIE TO LANDER TO RED CANYON TO SOUTH PASS. 8 TO 12
INCHES IS EXPECTED IN THE EAST WIND RIVER MOUNTAINS INCLUDING
SOUTH PASS.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...AREAS OF NORTH TO NORTHEAST WIND AT 10
TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH IN THE OPEN AREAS OF FREMONT
COUNTY THIS MORNING...INCLUDING SOUTH PASS. VISIBILITY WILL BE
REDUCED TO UNDER ONE HALF MILE IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW. WIND
