AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE TO IMPACT CENTRAL VIRGINIA AND
NORTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA THROUGH MID MORNING. VISIBILITIES
GENERALLY RANGE FROM ONE HALF MILE TO 2 MILES...WITH VISIBILITIES
AS LOW AS ONE QUARTER OF A MILE. WIDESPREAD VISIBILITIES OF ONE
QUARTER MILE HAVE BEEN OBSERVED IN THE RICHMOND AREA. MOTORISTS
SHOULD BE ALERT FOR SUDDEN CHANGES IN VISIBILITY. DRIVE AT REDUCED
SPEEDS AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS. VISIBILITIES WILL BEGIN TO
IMPROVE BY 9 AM EDT.
