AT 544 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS MOVED
EAST OF THE ADVISORY AREA. LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN WILL CONTINUE FOR
A WHILE. URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IS STILL EXPECTED. UP TO
ONE AND THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST
HOUR.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE
