...SNOW BEGINNING TO TAPER OFF IN THE NASHVILLE AREA...BUT
CONTINUES EASTERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE AND ALONG THE PLATEAU...

A WEAK WEATHER DISTURBANCE IS MOVING THROUGH THE AREA BRINGING
LIGHT SNOW TO BASICALLY THE EASTERN HALF OF THE MID STATE AND THE
PLATEAU. AREAS ALONG THE INTERSTATE 65 CORRIDOR WILL SEE THE SNOW
TAPER OFF OVER THE NEXT HOUR...WHILE SNOW CONTINUES FOR THE NEXT
SEVERAL HOURS EAST OF INTERSTATE 65 INTO THE PLATEAU.

AT 7 PM...REPORTS CONTINUE TO COME IN OF LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATING
MAINLY ON GRASSY AREAS AND ROOF TOPS. HOWEVER...WE DID GET ONE
REPORT OF SLICK SPOTS ON HIGHWAY 231 NORTH OF LEBANON. SO IF THIS
IS ANY INDICATION...BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES COULD ALSO BE DEVELOPING
SLICK SPOTS MAINLY EASTERN AREAS AND PLATEAU. MOTORISTS ARE URGED
TO DRIVE WITH CAUTION ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES THIS
EVENING AND OVERNIGHT.

THERE IS ANOTHER WEAK DISTURBANCE THAT WILL DROP DOWN OVERNIGHT AND
BRING ANOTHER ROUND OF LIGHT SNOW TO EASTERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE AND
THE PLATEAU. THERE COULD BE FLURRIES AS FAR WEST AS THE INTERSTATE
65 CORRIDOR.

WHILE ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE MINOR..SOME TRAVEL HAZARDS MAY OCCUR.
TRAVELERS MAY ENCOUNTER SOME SLICK SPOTS IN THESE AREAS. CAUTION
IS ADVISED...ESPECIALLY FOR SECONDARY ROADS...BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES.
